Hi, I'm Patrick Ehas, and I'm proud to be running in Miles for Moffitt again this year on November 22, 2025! As a member of Team Heart and Sole from the Patient Experience department, this event is close to my heart—it's a celebration of movement, community, and hope. I've worked at Moffitt Cancer Center for 10 years, and each year, this race reminds me why I do what I do.
I use a seasonal training approach, and this time of year is all about running! I shift gears from my usual barbell resistance training to focus on endurance and cardio, making Miles for Moffitt a perfect goal to train toward. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, I'm always happy to help new runners get started and advocate for the power of physical activity to boost body, mind, and spirit.
Let’s make this year’s race the best one yet! Whether you're running, walking, cheering, or donating, your support makes a difference. This race isn’t just about crossing the finish line; it’s about raising funds to support Moffitt’s mission to contribute to the prevention and cure of cancer. Every donation helps fuel groundbreaking research and compassionate care. If you're able to give, please consider supporting my fundraiser. Together, we can make a meaningful impact!
