The Chocolate Chase 5K is a new event that will be held in Sacramento, on Sunday May 18, 2025, to raise awareness and celebrate people and families living with a craniofacial difference. Donations benefit Faces of Tomorrow, a non-profit mission providing treatment of cleft lip and palate to underserved individuals around the world founded by Nora's amazing doctors.
