Working at CASA has taught me so much, but I have especially learned this: CASA volunteers are my heroes. They are, in reality, ordinary people. But they come alongside abused and neglected children and visit with them regularly, get to know them, advocate for their needs in court, and work to ensure they find a safe, permanent home as quickly as possible. It takes courage, dedication, and immense compassion, and the volunteers I work with amaze me every day!
Your donation—no matter the size—helps recruit, train, and support more of these advocates. It helps change the story for abused and neglected children who’ve already been through too much.
$25 can provide resources for a new volunteer
$50 can cover travel expenses for a CASA visiting a child
$100 can help fund continued training and support
I’m proud to support CASA of Lexington, and I hope you’ll join me. Everyone has a role to play in ending child abuse and neglect. CASA volunteering or supporting the mission financially is a way to do your part. If you have any questions about CASA, I would love to talk more, please reach out!
