I’m raising money to support Save the Chimps—the world’s largest privately funded chimpanzee sanctuary, home to nearly 220 rescued residents. On 150 acres of lush island habitats, they enjoy nutritious meals, medical care, enrichment, and the freedom to live as chimpanzees should.

The chimps love fresh crunchy carrots and we love serving them because they are packed with beta carotene, fiber, vitamin K1, potassium, and antioxidants.

$25 buys a 25lb case of tomatoes
To feed the whole sanctuary a round of tomatoes it takes ten cases!

$30  sponsors pineapple to one chimp family
There are thirteen "families" at Save the Chimps; simply change the quantity if you’d like to sponsor more than one family!

Many of the residents love painting as an enrichment activity

Save the Chimps regularly hosts themed enrichment parties for their residents to promote cognitive and sensory stimulation, and to ease stress and boredom. These events involve decorations, healthy treats, and other activities that encourage foraging, problem-solving, and social interaction.
