This year, I am participating in Miles for Moffitt and moving for what matters — love, hope, and finding the cures to cancer.
I recently joined Moffitt Cancer Center and am honored to be part of the Office of General Counsel, where I focus on Clinical Trial Agreements and Compliance in the Life Sciences. Returning to my roots in healthcare has reignited my passion for supporting oncology-related causes, both professionally and personally.
My journey with cancer advocacy began years ago, inspired by a childhood friend who bravely battled cancer at just ten years old. His strength and recovery left a lasting impact on me and shaped my commitment to cancer awareness and research. Since then, I’ve dedicated time and energy through work, volunteering, and personal efforts to support those affected by this disease.
Unfortunately, cancer continues to touch my life through family, friends, and the patients I serve at Moffitt. That’s why I’m walking with renewed purpose this year: to honor those we’ve lost, celebrate survivors, and support the groundbreaking research happening every day at Moffitt.
