Liability Waiver & Release

By registering for and attending the Lifesaver Soiree (the “Event”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Liability Release: I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the Event and release the McKee Wellness Foundation, its staff, volunteers, sponsors, and partners from any liability, claims, or demands arising from injury, illness, loss, or damages that may occur before, during, or after the Event.

Photography & Media: I understand that photos and/or video may be taken at the Event and consent to the use of my image, likeness, and/or voice for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes without compensation.

Alcohol Consumption: If alcohol is served, I agree to consume responsibly and understand that the Event organizers are not responsible for my actions or consequences related to alcohol consumption. I affirm that I am of legal drinking age if I choose to consume alcohol.
Health & Safety: I agree to follow all health and safety rules and guidelines in place during the Event. I acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that I am responsible for my own well-being.

By attending the Event, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver and agree to the above release and waiver including the no refund policy.
