**RACE UPDATE
Packet Pickup (Race Morning - Sunday)
Please arrive between 6:45 and 7:30 to pickup your race bibs. If you are participating in the 4 Hour Challenge you are allowed to have a spot under the pavilion for your gear to use as a pit stop between laps. Specific parking spots are also available to you to use your car as an aid station, we will have some aid station items but we recommend you bring all items you might need... nutrition, change of shoes/ socks, drinks.
Starting, Completing Laps and Finishing
All Participants (5k, 4hr Runner, 4hr Ruck/Vest) Begin at 8:00AM
4hr: Upon finishing each lap you will cross under the Start/Finish arch, and either: (Start the next lap) OR (Take your pit stop, then begin your next lap) with no need to cross the arch again to begin the next lap.
Your total elapsed time is counted from the primary start at 8am until the last time you finished your last lap, and marked yourself as finished with officials.
You can take as long of breaks or pit stops as you would like between laps, but please stay off the course and please stay away from the start/finish line. If you decide after a long break to officially mark your race finished. We will have a check in area and bell to ring.

On the Move for Men's Health isn’t just a race — it’s a mission. This November, join us on the trails to raise awareness for men’s health and prostate cancer prevention. Whether you’re here for a scenic 5K Trail Run/Walk or ready to test your limits in the 4-Hour Endurance Challenge, every step makes a difference.
Our course features a beautiful 5K wooded trail loop with rolling hills, winding paths, and fall colors in full display. The 5K Trail Run/Walk is perfect for competitive runners, casual joggers, and those who simply want to enjoy a brisk walk in the fresh air.
The 4-Hour Endurance Challenge is designed for those who want to push further — run as many laps as possible in the time limit, take breaks in the lively Trail Village, and tackle the course again and again. With special divisions for ruck sack warriors and weighted vest challengers, there’s a place for every competitor, from first-timers to seasoned athletes.
Race Highlights
🏃 Two Event Options:
5K Trail Run/Walk – One lap at your own pace, no pressure.
4-Hour Endurance Challenge – Complete as many laps as possible in 4 hours.
🎒 Special Divisions: Weighted vest and ruck sack categories available for both events.
🏅 Finisher Dog tags and age group awards.
🎶 Festival Atmosphere: Music, cheering sections, and a pit stop-style start/finish area.
How It Works...
5K Trail Run/Walk
One lap of the 5K trail loop at your own pace — run, jog, or walk.
All participants receive a finisher medal.
Awards for top finishers in running Age Group categories.
Age Groups are 14U, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
4-Hour Endurance Challenge ( Run or Ruck)
Run as many 5K laps as you can within 4 hours.
Rest, refuel, and rejoin the race anytime from the Trail Village.
Awards for most laps completed overall (Run) Male & Female Overall, plus the “Iron Ruck” award.
Oscar Mike, Weighted vests and ruck sacks are welcome in the Oscar Mike 4 hour Challenge.
*Any weight is acceptable but will be recorded and must stay the same for the entire event.
The Iron Ruck award goes to the participant with over 40lbs Male & Over 25lbs Female and most laps completed.
All participants will receive a finisher medal. (Last Lap Start Time is at 3 hours and 40 Minutes, Appx. 11:40 AM.)
*Participants are to know their capability of finishing the last lap, or projected time per lap, if you think you can finish one more lap before the 4hr limit, we urge you to go for it.
