Event: Stroke Technique Clinic with Seychelle SUP (Thu 7/25)

Standup paddle clinic on land and on the water.

We will go over paddle stroke technique step by step on land then practice drills to improve your stroke efficiency, power, and speed on the water. We will also discuss best practices and stroke adjustments to modify for and prevent injuries.

Bring all of your SUP stroke questions, your board, paddle, PDF,, leash, and water bottle.

This clinic is for all level paddlers from novice to advanced, though not for complete beginners.

Spaces are limited. Pre registration is required.

This clinic is for intermediate to advanced paddlers with some SUP racing experience. Spaces are limited. Pre registration is required.

Topics can include training your body and your mind for SUP, equipment and organization skills for race-day ease, pre-race anxiety, a winning mindset, presence, power, and breathing for performance.

Bring all of your SUP racing mindset and preparation questions, an eager and open mind, and perhaps a notebook and pen to jot things down.
