Run: 2.1 Miles: Start by the "compass" at the northwest corner of Woodward Park. Run East to the "cow loop", up the middle to the bridge, and back.
Bike: 11.75 Miles: Out Eaton Trail to Old Friant Road, passing the River Center, to Friant Road. Turn right on Friant Road, go up the hill and turn right onto Old Friant Road for a second loop past the River Center. Continue to Friant
