2025 Duck NC Turkey Trot 5K Presented By Twiddy & Company

The First Flight Track Club is a 501C3 non-profit whose mission is to support student runners in Dare County.  Our all-volunteer board of runners is passionately promoting the mental and physical health benefits that running provides to our citizens and community.  We sponsor races to encourage involvement at all levels from beginners to state champions.  We see running as a way to forever positively impact all areas of a student’s life.  More

Monies raised support improvement of Dare County school running facilities, travel scholarships for accommodations and entry fees to states and national events, running equipment, running shoes/clothes for athletes in need, community running workshops, and summer running camp scholarships. We give stipends to coaches to buy shoes for athletes in need.
