Georgia Race for Autism 5K

Georgia Race for Autism supports SPECTRUM Autism Support Group in providing camps and clubs for those impacted by autism in our community. All donations received go directly to SPECTRUM Autism Support Group and not the individual participant. 

Spectrum Autism Support Group was established in the fall of 1998 for families, friends and teachers of children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) within Gwinnett County, Georgia and the surrounding metro area. Our mission is to provide support, education and resources encompassing the entire spectrum of ASD for children and adults. Spectrum currently serves over 2,000 families in the metro Atlanta area. We offer 6 weeks of day camp, 1 overnight weeklong and 2 overnight weekend camps, social skills groups, respite, family events, and community education and training.  All the programs offered have been developed to provide each child with opportunities to build friendships and generate social awareness within the community while improving self-esteem, self-awareness and independence.  For more information on Spectrum Autism Support Group, please visit spectrumautism.org.
