I am joining Brian & Team MR8 for the Boston Bruins Foundation's 10th annual BFit Challenge on January 25, 2026. The event invites first responders, military personnel, and all community members to compete in a week-long Step Challenge to raise awareness around the health and wellness of first responders and ultimately raise money for First Responder Charities. Team MR8's beneficiary is McLean Hospital Leader Program.  Brian has seen firsthand well working at the Boston Fire EAP , the life-saving work that the Leader Program does for our first responders every day. The Boston Fire Department EAP/Peer Support Program is grateful to the Martin Richards Foundation for picking the Leader Program as their beneficiary. This will help the Leader Program to continue to save the lives of countless first responders and help them get back to healthy and long careers like they deserve.
