Exposing our young men of color to excellence and leadership by empowering them to improve self-esteem, healing trauma and elevating their greatest potential.
The E.Y.E. LEAD Promise is E.Y.E. LEAD's commitment to its student participants to see them through their chosen pathway in life, whether that's college, a trade, or workforce development. E.Y.E. LEAD provides lifelong programming, mentorship and support to all of its participants, through all stages of life. E.Y.E. LEAD provides programming through its collaboration with community partners to provide holistic professional and personal development.
