Chocolate Chase 5K for Craniofacial Awareness

  Our sweet Hosanna was born with a bilateral cleft lip and palate. Thankfully we had access to exceptional health care and an amazing cleft team that has guided us through her journey. Unfortunately, not everyone who is affected by cleft is as fortunate in this same regard. We are very passionate about spreading awareness and celebrating people and families in the craniofacial community! This event will help raise money for Faces of Tomorrow which is an amazing organization that provides medical treatment to those who are underserve. They take a mission trip each year to provide surgeries and speech support to children, youth, and adults all around the world. The money raised helps make those missions both possible and successful! It would mean so much to our family if you consider joining our team to walk/run at this event and/or donating to an amazing cause!
