October 1 - December 31: If you are looking to challenge yourself with coached workouts and ramp up your progress through proven training plans, then this is the program for you!
This level includes:
Saturday Morning (8:00am) Group Runs
Bonus Trail Runs - typically held on Sunday mornings at 8:30am
Tuesday Night (6:00pm) Coached workouts. This will include Hills, Speed, Recovery Run/Yoga, Pub Runs.
Personalized Training Plans upon request
